GAMUT QI Excellence Award Winner 2025

Congratulations to Jeffrey Naples, DO

Jeffrey Naples, DO was awarded the GAMUT QI Excellence Award for his team’s project, "Transfer Center Clinical Access Guidelines for patients with seizures" at the American Academy of Pediatrics Section on Transport Medicine (AAP SOTM) Scientific Program in Denver, CO on Sept. 28, 2025.

Dr. Naples is a Pediatric Intensive Care physician at Akron Children’s Hospital. This award is presented yearly at the AAP SOTM Scientific Program for the abstract demonstrating the best use of quality improvement methodology to affect change in neonatal & pediatric transport. The recipients need not use GAMUT data or represent a GAMUT member program.
